- Cut strips of meat from a 2 pound venison roast
- In a large bowl, mix the meat with McCormick’s “Grill Mates” Mesquite Marinade with 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
- Let the meat marinate for 2 or 3 hours
- Place meat in dehydrator for 24-36 hours until dried.
