Pack Camping Trip

Wednesday, April 4th, 2012

Mathew Habicht is planning a Pack camping trip on the grounds of SJCC after the May Pack Meeting on May 18.  He is then planning a full day of activities for Dens and families on Saturday, May 19.  We hope you will spend the night with the Pack on Friday night and enjoy the fun activities on Saturday.  Details about the outing were sent last week as a separate email.

Den Leaders will coordinate food and camping arrangements for their respective Dens.  Mathew has sent additional information to the Den Leaders to help them coordinate the camping trip with the members of their Dens.

Bowling, Hon!

Wednesday, April 4th, 2012

Please join us for a fun night of bowling, Cub Scout Style!  We have rented out the Freedom Lanes (formerly known as Crossroads Bowling – in the same shopping center as Rita’s) from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM on Thursday, April 12.  (The center will be closed to the public – we have the run of the place!)

We have room for up to 96 bowlers.  Obviously, we will first make sure any Cub Scouts get to bowl.  Then, if there are spots left over, we will fill the spots with (in order) siblings, leaders and Den Chiefs, and then adults.

The Pack is paying for this event – shoe rentals and as many games as you can squeeze in during the two hours.  There is no cost for Scouts to bowl.  The snack bar will be open if you would like to purchase food.

To sign up, visit the Pack’s RSVP site:  www.bsapack883.com/rsvp
